‘The Practice of Helping and Advising a person over time on Spiritual Matters.’

This is the newest of my offerings and one I am growing to love. We spend one to one time together either in person or over Zoom and it’s as simple as you tell me what you would like to work towards and I share my knowledge and experience with you to help and support you. Whether you are working towards a specific spiritual goal or simply looking for ongoing support and practical help on your spiritual journey I can help.

We start by having a 30 minute free consultation which allows you to let me know what you want to work on and also to get a feel for me and how I work so that you can make sure you are comfortable with me. It also gives me a chance to feel into how I might help, support and advise you. Once you are happy to proceed we meet either in person or online and week by week we work towards your goal or take our steps on your spiritual journey. Most sessions start with a check in to see how you are doing and how things have been since the last time we met. Then we proceed with the main body of the session. Sometimes this will be us talking through options and me making suggestions or giving you information. Sometimes I might take you through a meditation or visualisation. Sometimes there is an element of healing if this would support you journey. Each session is unique which is why I love it.

I generally find it’s more beneficial if you book a block of sessions and we have a plan of what we are working towards that it agreed between us. It’s good to review every now and then to make sure you feel happy with how things are going and that you are getting a clear benefit. That might feel like more knowledge, more practical ways to work on spirituality or simply a feeling of being supported and having space held for you as you grow.

Personally I always feel better when I have someone beside me cheering me on, offering suggestions, being there to listen. I have my own Mentor and I really value this connection. I love offering this to others and passing on what has so generously been given to me.
